Magik, Vol. 3: Far From Earth

Ayla, Chicane, Dominion, Scoop, and the Hammock Brothers are all featured with gentle fanfare, and little moments like the playful piano in San's "I Know" are so expressly open-armed that the whole package is easy to like. However, while one can still find the old fingerprints (the flourishing synths, the big leanings toward female vocals), the flow is a bit off, feeling a bit stiff and strict, so even when Tiësto pulls out the big guns like Gouryella or Cygnus X's remix of "Madagascar," the impact is disappointingly minimal.
