REBELLION was founded in 2001 by Tomi Göttlich (bass) and Uwe Lulis (guitar) after their split from Grave Digger. The upcoming album and 'Arminius Furor Teuronicus' have one thing in common - they are about the history of the Teutons. 'Wyrd Bið Ful Aræd - The History Of The Saxons' deals with the origins and evolution of the Saxons until the subjection under Frankish rule and religion in the 9th century.
