Deeper Shades EP, Vol. 2

Almost exactly 6 years after the release of "Deeper Shades EP Volume 1", Lars Behrenroth decided it's time to release more of his music. The 50th Deeper Shades Recordings release including 4 tracks with a total runtime of 35 minutes is an EP (Extended Player) in its truest sense. The first track "Kord" is a deep and spacey groover which unleashes its full groove half way through. "Keep On", the 90's reminiscent track 2 on this EP is straight for the floor and a name familiar to all from Volume 1, Chezere, completes it with her vocal talents. "Time" is a melancholic and heady trip full of warm and deep chords and the last track "Denots" is an almost 12 minute long mid tempo journey through synthesizer and Rhodes sounds alike. Much like Volume 1, this 2nd edition of the Deeper Shades EP series is a small representation of Lars' taste and selection.
