Part 4 - 100
With this 12" the two tracks that were not released on the Traum 100 vinyl, but that defiantly deserve to be, come in a newly mastered and longer mix for the people who love vinyl. Gabriel Ananda brings Detroit sound to Cologne. The sweetness of his track puts us in a state of mind similar to that when we first heard "Knights of the Jaguar". "Lila Pause" fuses polyrhythmic grooves with deep basslines and combines these with very cool strings and melodies all evolving in an alighted moment of joy that will provide DJ sets with a cool and classy break! We welcome back Fairmont who has recorded a lot of great music since his early days on Traum. Meanwhile Jake releases on the fabulous label Border Community and you can see his style mingles very well with the actual Traum releases. "Down the Rabbit Hole" is a wonderful epic dreamlike sequencer driven techno track. It comes here in a longer version than on the previous Traum 100 CD and in a DJ mastering by Colognes mastermind Emanuel Geller. The digital bonus track, a remix of Super Flu´s "Sunset Handjob", was produced by Roland M. Dill. Through cutting the sounds and using Super Flu´s massive baseline Roland managed to transform the original in to a rocking Chicago tool.
