Rainforest

The follow up to the much played tracks "Interafrica" and "Interamerica", sees Mihalis Safras again playing heavily with percussive ethno elements especially with the a-side track "Rainforest". "Rainforest" is a constant up and down mover, shaking and throwing you from one corner to the other... as if you were in a jeep on a trip through the jungle. It's a true rocker with a big fat production and lots of picturesque moments and emotions. The flipside "Here comes the rain" is a cool post Detroit techno track with a string Kevin Saunderson could not have written better. This is a real summer and open air tune with this melody popping up that brings you happiness and sadness at the same time. Really music which you do not hear very often.
