Tsalandè: Chants de l'Avent et de Noël
The male choir Les Armaillis de la Gruyere was founded in 1955. Today, 37 singers are active in the choir. Folk songs of the Gruyere district are fundamental in the repertoire of the choir, who proudly maintains also the tradition of the gregorian plainchant. Of course, the singers appreciate songs from different periods, including modern ones, secular and religious, which they perform regularly. The choir members wear the traditional costume of the cowherds of the district of Gruyere.
