Nina
Nina is the third studio album (fourth overall) by Filipino pop/R&B singer Nina. The Soul Siren considers this album to be self-titled because she believes that it showcases her true self as an artist. It was released in August 2006 by Warner Music Philippines. Ten tracks were recorded for this album plus a bonus track, "Araw Mo", which was used for the promotion of Goldilocks' 40 Thoughtful Years Anniversary. Two of the songs are revivals; "Love Is Contagious" (Taja Sevelle) and "I Can't Make You Love Me" (Bonnie Raitt). By the same year, the album reached certified Gold status. "Someday" was released as the album's second single. In 2007, the album turned Platinum and earned awards from different organizations. Because of the album's success, Warner Music Philippines decided to re-release the album in a new package. On January 30, 2007, Nina was made available on digital download through Amazon.com MP3 Download
