Me Rebelo

Venezuelan singer/songwriter Anna Lee was born Anna Lee Schmand in Caracas, Venezuela. Always clear about her passion for music she started at a very young age composing her own songs and singing at a choir back home. After graduating from high-school in Venezuela, she went on to pursue her music career and moved all the way across the Atlantic to Paris, France, where she studied classical singing at the Jean Philippe Rameau Conservatory. Anna then moved to London, UK to study contemporary music at the London Music School and formed a band which stayed active for a couple of years until her big move back to the other side of the Atlantic. After months of working with a group of the most talented musicians and producers in Miami and NY that includes the likes of Joel Someillan, Tony Levin, Lee Levin, Dan Warner, Felipe Tichauer, among others, her first EP "Me Revelo" comes to life, which is set to be released early fall 2016. We can get a taste of what's to come with her first single “Me Rebelo”. The word play between “Me Revelo” and “Me Rebelo” is intended, as the first one and title of her EP means “I reveal myself” where the latter “I rebel against...”. We definitely hope to hear much more from this new artist very soon.
