Carpe Diem
Jesus saved my life, and that has served as the catalyst for my passions. One of which is music. I'm not here to entertain and I'm not pursuing some dream of being a pop-culture icon. I want to share what Christ has done in my life with the rest of the world. That's why I'm writing this myself, and not having some third-party person write my bio. The piano, along with my pen and pad, has served as my way of expressing the inner workings of my heart and mind over the past decade or so. I've been doing music most of my life, and started writing poetry when I was 13. I started writing music and playing the piano my senior year of high school. God, in His amazingly gracious way, has allowed my love for rhyme and meter, and harmony and melody, to grow into one musical expression. Call it hip-hop, call it rhythm and jazz, call it whatever you want. Just know that it comes from my soul. It is truthful, it is honest, it is intimate...it is my worship unto Jesus the Christ. May the simple offerings of music I have to offer give glory to God, and may you see there's more to this life than the surrounding darkness. There is joy, there is peace, and there is hope. And it's only found in Jesus. May you see Him as He truly is. God bless you my friend.
