Emerging in the country music scene, daring to be different, young female national country recording artist and songwriter Justine Blazer combines a unique sound of country, blues and southern rock. Hailing from the metropolitan Detroit area, Blazer’s taken the back roads to her destination called success. Her propulsive song craft blends confessional lyrics with modern country rock attitude and sharp bluesy pop melodies, offers a radio-ready and polished sound. On record, or through her breathtaking live shows, Justine Blazer soars with passion and intensity. Blazers live concerts promises infectious energy, musical dynamics and just a good old fashion fun time. Blazer always knew she would be in the spotlight and in her prime, she has sang for the NFL, NHRA, NBA, MLB, Madison Square Garden, Detroit Music Hall, opened for numerous national acts such as Lonestar, Jason Aldean, Bucky Covington, Jason Michael Carroll, Lee Roy Parnell, Thousand Foot Krutch, headlined at the famous St. Andrew's Hall in Detroit, Emerald Theater, was featured on the nationally syndicated radio program The Mitch Albom Show and seen on ABC, ESPN, ESPN 2 and FOX networks, entertaining has always been her passion. She just recently performed at the 25th Annual WYCD Downtown Hoedown in downtown Detroit, Michigan and completed her Nashville Tour 2007 where she performed at the World Famous Tootsies, The Nashville Palace and The French Quarter. Blazer has also received three nominations for the 2007 Detroit Music Awards for Outstanding Vocalist, Outstanding Songwriter and Outstanding Artist in the country category and recently won the 2007 Detroit Blues Challenge round four. Blazer shares that music is her first love. She gives it a 110% every single time she takes the stage. "Music is my true passion and I’ve definitely paid my dues", Blazer says. "It’s been a long road developing my style and what I wanted to say within my songs. Taking the back roads on my career, I wanted to grow on my own and figure out what I had to say as an artist." Blazer has now put out her forth international release entitled "Red, White and Blue". It's her debut country album. Back in 2005, Blazer released her full debut album entitled Passion in Me on Tower Records, CDBaby and iTunes, which included her popular single of Nancy Sinatra’s all time hit “These Boots are Made for Walking”. Other previous releases include her debut single Raining in the City and her Holiday Album Just A Justine Christmas, which are having great success. Blazer’s musical genre is very unique because it’s country but mixed with Motown soul and roots. Some of her major influences are Joss Stone, Carrie Underwood, Sheryl Crow, Faith Hill, Martina McBride and Shania Twain. “I'd like to describe my music as it has an eclectic sound to it.” Whatever she pursues, she puts her whole heart and soul into it. “I just live one day at a time do what my heart tells me. Music is my passion and all I can be is me!”
