Turnt Up Season

Late 2011 when we formed the duo we started recording our first mixtape called Next Level, The Mixtape was released on 15-08-12 under LTC Records were it was recorded and distributed independently. Tag Team Zw was Later invited by St Georges and Dominican Convent entertainment committee to perform at the Mr & Miss Interact 2012. We were also invited to perform at the Miss Harare Junior 2012 pageant on 4 December at Pandari Lodge, that same year on December 17th Tag Team Zw was nominated for Best New Comer at the Zim-Hiphop awards held at 7 arts Avondale Harare, Zimbabwe. Though we didn't win the award, this didn't push us back. 2013 January 15 we started working on our second mixtape called Game On which was only released online on soundcloud http://tagteam-music. The track No Problem a remix of F**** Problem by Asap Rocky feat 2 Chainz & Kendrick Lamar that we did got voted into the buddie powerfm top 20 and picked at no 15 on its first week on the chats.In March 2013 we also got invited to perfom at Jibilika Festival an organisation which is sphere headed by Plot Mhako made to address the issue of an Aids Free Generation. Later that year we performed at the Gaza 6 Dance Competition on the 3rd of August at eastgate cinemas. We also did a tour to kutama college in November 2013 in zvimba were we hosted a couple of shows to promote the Game On Mixtape. In 2014 we then stopped recording as we all wanted to finish our studies since we had our final exam that year, production was stopped but we kept on promoting the tracks and mix tapes that were already out. By the time we finished with our school, we began recording our debut album Turn Up Season which is a 16 track album recorded and produced by Hit Music Empire by Mcknife Music. Recently we performed at the ZImbabwean Project X Party which was on December 6 2014 and Miss Harare 2014 Junior on December 19 2014.
