Ascension is a beautiful layered quality underground warm house gem, deep as can be and with its sultry piano line teasing you along, this is a timeless gem. Remix duties see fellow Frenchman David K taking things tougher and with a wonkier edge, completely changing the vibe with its 'heads down' deep techno feel. Completing this EP is Beginning, which again like the title track, is a warm, deep, piano laden affair, however here we are more in a deeper vein, and the unexpected vocal that drops half way through will surprise and delight.
