Pop: Pornography of Performance

Some discovered him by his first album release 'the lost freakquencies' on his second label 'Tanjobi Records'. Since the first releases 'electronic discussion' and 'deebeephunky' on Mueller Records BEROSHIMA became one of the first class techno projects and started a series of clubhits on this label. FRANK invited other musicians to keep the project interesting and to present a wide range of tunes. Releases with artists like TAKKYU ISHINO or remixes by dj's like CLAUDE YOUNG and dj rok pushed every output into a new direction. For almost one year BEROSHIMA stopped the own releases to spend more time for the label and permanent studiowork. The current pre-release 'www-world-wide-whore' were taken from this album and has been released as 12' already (EFA # 29725-6). On some tunes BEROSHIMA left the dark side of music for a short time to present his point of view about what we call POP-music. Some trax you just find on vinyl and some just on CD. The vinyl contains 9 , the CD 12 trax between typical clubtechno and cheesy eighties stylish pop music. Every BEROSHIMA release sounds different and it is! enjoy the 'pornography of performance'.
