Evolving, growing, digging deeper into what is sonically possible, this is the path House Arrest NYC has taken his career over the past few years. His latest offering, SUNRISE, is (for a lack of better words) "fierce"! Tasteful, genre defying tracks don't grace our demo box often enough, so when we heard SUNRISE for the first time the entire staff decided it was 'office dance party time'... Somewhat of a classic 90's NYC vibe, or maybe better described as a simple Detroit techno intro makes room for chords; but not just any chords, these bad mother fkrs change, they progress, they flip, they breath, they give just enough room at just the right time before coming straight for your head. Incorporating elements of live percussion, breakbeat, high energy house while being moody is a vibe onto it's own. Enjoy the SUNRISE!
