The Weekenders

We live for the weekend. Most peoples' lives are a perpetual state of working towards and looking forward to the weekend. The weekend is when we become the people we really want to be; hikers, bikers, builders, music enthusiasts, poets and lovers. It's the time when we dream and try to live our dreams two days per week. The Weekenders capture that dream in song. Verse by verse and chorus by chorus they inspire us and entertain us by telling and singing the stories and dreams of "weekenders" everywhere. They keep us connected to our better selves, to our weekend selves, even when we can't be in that moment directly. The five members of the weekenders use elements of indie, rock, pop and soul to create the sound of their stories. Pianos, guitars and drums accompany words and melodies pouring out of the mouths of these New York and New Jersey boys creating epic sing alongs on tracks like "Streetlights" and inviting you to sing along with them.
