Back in the Groove...

Lloyd was born and raised in Washington, DC and currently resides in Maryland. His early years started in go-go bands and listening to a wide range of artists from P-Funk, James Brown, Sting, Al Jarreau, George Duke, Rare Essence, Chuck Brown, Kool and the Gang, Stevie Wonder, Frank McComb, and Snarky Puppy just to name a few. He took a long layoff from music because of the negative and too watered down style of commercial music. He decided after quite a few years later to contribute his style of music to the world.
