Steppin' Out

KIRNJI has been working as Takaki Horigome's solo project since 2021 and just celebrated his 25th debut anniversary this August. KIRINJI will release his 16th album "Steppin' Out" on September 6th, 2023 for the first time in a year and nine months since his previous album "crepuscular," which strongly reflected the influence of the pandemic. The upcoming album consists of nine songs including "nestling," "honomekashi," and "Runner's High." These three songs were already pre-released in earlier 2023 and "honomekashi" is a collaboration song with a renowned Korean rock band "SE SO NEON." The album leaves a strong impression with its positive lyrics and acoustic music instrumental sounds. It is a perfect representation of his label "syncokin," which he launched this April, in terms of both exceptional lyrics and sounds. It also shows his ambition, who is taking one step forward into a new chapter of his music career . KIRINJI just performed at "Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival 2023" on August 4th and amazed a large audience. KIRINJI is scheduled to go on a national tour where he will perform with his band, as well as singing alone with a guitar this Autumn.
