We have had a considerable gap here at Mutated and we apologise! But to make it up to you we have this cracking new single from Richard Pring of Park St fame who now goes out under his new guise of True 2 Life, and the single does not dissapoint.. Most of you of course will know Rich from his Park Street days, with huge releases on the likes of MoreHouse, Look at You, Reelgroove & MOD recordings. As of late 2011 early 2012, Richard, the driving force behind the Park Street sound is now recording as 'True2Life' the first production under this moniker was a remix for Strictly Music honcho Pat Bedeau entitled 'Affection' which is HUGE! His recent success with his Life Trax EP on the new Drum imprint shows his natural talent for a awesome groove oozing with soul.. For Mutated 18 we see him team up with song master Morrisson who featured on Mutated a few releases back with Colin Sales, the track entitled 'Your Love' is a bumping cut full of percussion and pulsating bass & chord stabs all topped with Morrissons tones, the dub ain't half bad too.!! On remix duties we have DJ Ciappy & Davide Murri on the mix, the 2 strip thing back and deliver an awesome pad led groove.. Si Gordon of the Stereo Mutants, turns in a tough soulful version with some great chords and 303 lines. Ciappy's Amo mix takes things deep and dubby for those early morning moments. New talent Joco (Tallhouse digital) delivers a stomping dancefloor mix that's have those hands up in the air! And finally to round things off Colin Sales our Scotsman on Oates turns in a stonking dub that'll get those ass' shaking!!
